Residence Barrique Valtice offers accommodation in timeless, stylishly furnished apartments with private entrance, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with LCD TV or air conditioning. With us you can choose according to your preferences. We offer apartments for as few as 2 people, as well as for 7 friends or families travelling together.
SALTWATER POOL
For our guests there is a 8x5m outdoor saltwater swimming pool with a large seating area on the terrace. You can relax in deck chairs or on outdoor sun loungers. Right by the pool, there are climbing frames for visitors with children, where you will always have them in sight. By the pool, you can also sit at the outdoor tables with wine or even breakfast if you wish. The pool is covered, so it provides pleasantly warm water from April to October, the salinity of about 1.5% has a beneficial effect on the body.
PRIVATE WINE CELLAR
Guests of the Residence Barrique can sit in the large wine cellar, which is made of ancient bricks, right in the grounds below the building at any time during their stay. Take advantage of the seating in both the "warm" and "cool" areas of the cellar, with facilities for your refreshments, coffee or a bluetooth speaker for listening to music to sip wine with friends. Our cellar never closes, you can feel like you are in your own wine cellar... The wines will be ready in the fridge on arrival, refreshments can also be catered.
PRIVATE SPA IS AT YOUR DISPOSAL
A magnificent Finnish sauna for up to 6 people and a luxurious freestanding bathtub for two are ready for you daily from 10:00 - 22:00. To maintain 100% hygiene, each customer fills himself with fresh water before bathing. We respect your privacy, if you wish we will prepare a key discreetly in the keybox and you do not have to meet any of the staff. Wellness guests usually book for 90 minutes, it is possible to extend the stay at any time by agreement with our reception. Our guests staying in our spa have a 25% discount.
RENTAL OF BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, SCOOTERS
For a fee, we can arrange bicycle, electric bike, scooter and scooter rental and you can go on a trip around the area. Numerous wine tastings will tempt you to stop in the picturesque surroundings of the vineyards of South Moravia, so be careful with the alcohol... There is nothing like going for a ride around our picturesque region, enjoying the vineyards, sightseeing, resting on a glass of wine or a bite to eat and continue on... The route Valtice - Mikulov - Lednice is perfect for a day trip with lots of experiences.
WHEEL CARE
The resort has its own bike storage, where you can conveniently charge your bike and lock it with your own lock. The room is also fully guarded by a security alarm and fire sensor and is automatically monitored from 23:00 - 6:00. The capacity of the bike room is about 30 bicycles placed in installed racks, your room key will also unlock our bike room directly. If you are interested, our reception can advise you where to rent bikes and you can also store them here if necessary.

Within 5 minutes Belveder, Valtice Chateau, within 15 minutes colonnade on Reistna, Hraniční zámeček, St. Hubert's Chapel, Temple of the Three Graces, within 30 minutes Rybniční zámeček, Janův hrad, Minaret, Apollo's Temple, Mikulov Chateau, Lednice Chateau... You can do all this while wandering not only for culture by bike, scooter or on foot. You can park comfortably in your reserved space, your vehicles are safe behind an automatically closing gate, under CCTV surveillance and with the possibility of charging electric cars.
VINEYARDS NEARBY
Residence Barrique is located in the picturesque and soothing nature of the Lednice-Valtice area, which itself creates a perfect environment for relaxation. A cycle path leads right past the Residence and the extensive vineyards of South Moravia are within sight. The current 582 hectares of registered vineyards, the two dozen wine producers and the winemaking facilities the town has at its disposal have made Valtice an important wine-growing community in Europe. Valtice is the seat of the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic, the Wine Academy, the Moravian Winegrowers Association - Moravín and the Valtice Secondary Wine School.
ENTERTAINMENT, SPORTS, TRIPS
A visit to Aqualand Moravia or Therme Laa is definitely worth mentioning, where you and your children will have a lot of fun. For avid golfers we would recommend Golf Poysdorf. In the surroundings you will find castle parks (with a boat ride in Lednice), lookout towers, the Barefoot Trail in Valtice, the Valtice Wine Salon, cafés and street food. For a longer trip, the beautiful Vienna, Schönbrunn Palace and the Prater amusement park - just an hour's drive from Valtice.

CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND
Right in the area there are in the shade of a pine tree climbing frames with a sandpit and toys for your little ones. You will always have them under supervision at the pool, in non-swimming season the whole pool can be closed with a solid cover and secured with a safety device, so you do not have to worry about falling into the water. The playground for children is equipped with a wooden tower, swing, slide, ladders, climbing wall and suspended walkway. There is seating for parents right next to the climbing frame.

COMPLETE PRIVACY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
You will have complete privacy in the apartment and in the garden. The grounds are surrounded by a stone fence, the apartments are discreetly designed, the vehicles are monitored by CCTV and located behind a PIN code entry gate. Electric cars can be charged on site for a fee. The pool is not visible from the street and you can enjoy well-deserved relaxation and privacy on the sun loungers or terrace for a busy day. If you feel like it, you don't have to leave the premises at all - you will find a private wellness area, your own wine cellar and even a solarium in case of bad weather.
